Hauliant

Transport planning software

Every route planned.
Every vehicle loaded.
Every day costed.

Hauliant takes tomorrow's work and turns it into a plan your drivers can run and your office can defend — routes, loads, hours and cost, in one pass, before the first wheel turns.

No licencesPer vehicle, per day — discounts for larger fleets

Go Live timing varies: it depends on the size of your fleet, where your transport data comes from and what state it is in, and how quickly your own IT team can complete any integration at their end.

What you get on the screen

Not a map full of pins to interpret. A finished day, with the figures a transport manager is asked for.

The day, planned

Every vehicle's routes and drops in order, start to finish, with the hours they take and the miles they cover. Ready to hand out.

The load, decided

What goes on each vehicle and where it sits, so the next delivery is the one nearest the doors. No reloading on a kerb.

The cost, before the day

What each route costs to run and what it earns, per vehicle and per customer — in time to do something about it.

The exceptions, named

What could not be planned, and why, in a sentence you can act on or read to a customer. Nothing is quietly dropped.

Compliance built in

Driver hours, breaks and working time are part of the plan, not a check afterwards. A plan you can hand over is a legal one.

Hauliant is an aid to compliance, not a substitute for it. Keeping the fleet legal — drivers, vehicles, hours and the operator licence — remains the legal duty of the operator and the licence holder at all times.

It learns your operation

Your roads, your sites, your service times. Every day of real traffic makes the next day's plan sharper.

Learning from your own operation is an optional extra and carries an additional cost on top of your planning usage. We set it out before you switch it on.

Live in days, not quarters

Most transport software arrives as a project: months of consultants, a data-cleansing exercise, an integration you have to pay somebody else to build. Hauliant does not. We set it up with you — your depots, your vehicles, your customers, your rules — and you plan your first real day on it the same week.

  • Your data as it comes. A spreadsheet is enough to start.
  • No integration needed on day one. Connect your systems later, when it suits you.
  • No IT project, no consultants, no training course. If your planner can use a spreadsheet, they can use this.
  • Nothing to install. It runs in a browser, on what you already have.

We will not pretend every operation is the same. A few days is what a straightforward start looks like; a larger fleet, transport data spread across several systems, or an integration that has to be scheduled by your own IT team will take longer. We tell you which one you are looking at before you commit to anything.

  1. See it working. Fifteen minutes on a planned day, with your questions answered.
  2. Show us a normal week. We take your existing data as it comes.
  3. We build your setup. Depots, fleet, drivers, sites and your own rules.
  4. Plan a real day of your own work. Beside the day you planned yourself, before you commit to anything.
  5. Go live. Your planners keep planning; Hauliant does the arithmetic.

Built for both kinds of fleet

The same platform, two ways of working — because a 44-tonne day and a 200-drop parcel day are not the same problem.

Booked windows kept

Timed deliveries are planned to be met, not hoped for. Where the day will not hold, you are told in the morning, not at four o'clock.

Loads that work on the kerb

Tail-lift drops in reach, side-unload deliveries on the right side, weight where it belongs. The loader gets a plan they can follow.

Second trips that pay

Reloads only when the vehicle has earned one, so a lorry is never sent back out half empty for the sake of a drop.

Subcontract with your eyes open

Work you cannot cover is priced and routed for a subcontractor before you pick up the phone.

See it working

Fifteen minutes on a screen share: we walk you through a planned day, show you what the office and the drivers get, and answer the questions you already have.

We do not plan your own day in that first quarter of an hour. If what you see looks right, planning a real day of your own work against your current one is the next step, and we set that up with you.

We reply within 24 hours to arrange a time that suits you.
